In a sign of growing lawlessness, Tenet HealthCare Corp. asked authorities late Wednesday to help evacuate a fully functioning hospital in Gretna after a supply truck carrying food, water and medical supplies was held up at gunpoint.

well it's a good thing it's ok in LA to steal food and water when you need it, or these people might be considered to have done something wrong...

*rolls eyes*

Did I say it was lawful to conduct a "hold up"?

I didn't think so. You have changed the subject again so that you can justify folks taking a can of beans down at the Safeway.

Thank you for your anecdotes about lawlessness.

I can't believe the absurdity of people who don't GET this - from the get-go there was clearly more than just "survival" going on!

Almost right away I heard of guys trying to take CARS! In the water! Where were they going to go?
