Well since this is a deliverate misstatement of the facts, we can safely rule this article as nonsense. They got 71.2 million in PROGRAM cuts. In other words, cuts to money they would spend NEXT year on NEW projects. NOT from their operations budget. Just another looney Leftist spewing his Bush hate.
