Not sure I like the idea of weather modification. Hurricanes, though quite dangerous, serve a very useful purpose. Without them transporting heat to the poles, we may completely alter everything we know about the atmosphere.
I don't like it one bit either but that's not going to stop the Tesla toys from being taken out of their boxes. I'm sure there are some who have been waiting for this for quite a while. You might want to have your own log for weather aberrations that are first time incidents.
