You are being sarcastic but the same idea occurred to me. What would terrorist hit New Orleans when it is already destroyed?

I think sleeper cells or a terrorist attack on the U.S. is a real threat right now but not in NO.

This has been a long, ugly look in the mirror for us. Yes, we have foreign enemies. But how much more it hurts when our own ghetto thugs - fellow Americans - are the ones inflicting the pain. This is a wake up call like we've never seen.
