Hi, Snugs. And I read on another thread that this guy--I think he's just a kid, 18--could be facing charges for "stealing" the bus. They gotta be kidding!

How could they charge him when he was told by an officer it would be a "good" idea to figure out how to start it and leave? He should receive a commendation.
