I was listening to the "top of the hour" news on ABC radio affiliate KGO from San Francisco at 11:00. They played the Dershowitz quote that described Rehnquist as an activist judge and other negatives. Of all of the things that could be said about his long career - that was all ABC could come up with - a cheap shot by any measure

Man, that is all they could come up with, stealing from FOX. Desperate. Worse, that they chose his words to quote rather other's who happened to lean to the right.
