As I am sitting here watching the Today show, the National Guard Hillicopter men are saying they get to some houses to rescue the people and THEY REFUSE TO LEAVE.
No matter how hard a person tries to help, with the mentality of some people they just can't be helped. It's Bushes fault. < /sarcasm off >

And why aren't the Mayor/Governor enforcing their own mandatory evacuation order, telling these people: either you comply with the order to leave or you will physically be extracted from your home. Oh wait...they're waiting for the Feds to do it for them.
