Kathleeen is a school teacher, married to the pres of USL, everyone's Cajun grandmother, promoted by La voters, who can never be underestimated enough, who think their Mommas would do a good job running the state.
These two ladies are both lightweights.
Definitely though I do give Kathleen Blanco credit for raising six children. She should have stuck to that and teaching. Now she's in **way** above her head.
