And what Landrieu has succeeded in doing is calling attention to whatever bad behavior the local police have been engaged in. If I were a Louisianan, I'd be quite embarassed by my senior Senator.

Ok I stand corrected. I was getting first reports wich were grossly different from what actually happened. From what I gather it was snipers shooting and the cops killed 2 of them. Also I don't think any of the COE were killed. Sorry for my misinformation.
