Hmmm. I would imagine that these evacuation time estimates could have been quite helpful to key decision makers. Moreover, it could be useful to concerned citizens such as yourself. Wouldn't you agree that analyzing this table is ESSENTIAL to make a non-biased comparision and assessment of what was supposed to happen and when verus what did happen and when?
