Well, the NEW "hurricane" freeper seemed to be confused, claiming BOTH sides were spinning.

And I told him that was not true because TV told me for a fact, that Bush delayed help to kill black people.

I also read that money was given, by the feds, after 9/11, to upgrade communications, emergency services, exc...What did NOLA spend it's funding on?
