How about the Annapolis City Dock pre-yuppification, with the old woman who sold mini-crabcakes on a Saltine out of her checkered-cloth-covered basket?
Or when you could buy fresh beaten biscuits there?
Last time I went crabbing was with a friend and his 100 yard trot line. No luck for us, but the guys next to us pulled 1 or 2 bushels in about 2 hours.
I would call that the perfect day on the Eastern Shore.
