Usually, when their morale is this low, they just surrender. But the problem now is: to whom would they surrender? This intractable existential question simply further depresses their morale. There is No Exit.

They will blame Bush in an effort to cover their own useless posteriors. Let's see if it works. It backfired in Germany and now conservatives in Germany are quoting Reagan (are you better off now than you were 6 years ago?)
