"Even this story was at first falsely reported that the police killed the contractors, which shows the importance of waiting for more information."

I believe at some point we have to accept that many of these things DID happen.

When you look at all that has went on, its painfully obvious to me.

"NEW ORLEANS Sep 6, 2005 — Life wasn't supposed to end this way for Sgt. Paul Accardo: alone in chaos. He wrote a note telling anyone who found him to contact a fellow officer. He was precise, and thoughtful, to the end. Then he stuck a gun into his mouth and killed himself."

The 2 cops who committed suicide, another rumor?
I heard the very thing claimed here on FR.

I believe at some point we have to accept that many of these things DID happen.

If they did happen, just like the suicides, they will be reported eventually based on more than one source. In any major catastrophe, rumors of Armageddon run rampant. Some of it is true, most of it is not.

As I have thought about this, I have decided that restraint is the best thing at this point. Why get myself all upset (which I was) about things that may not have happened?
