The PRIME RESPONDERS to a Local Disaster are the Leaders of the Local Government;--THEY "SCREWED UP 'BIG-TIME!!'"The Images of Hundreds of Busses Mired in Floodwaters are an Undisputable Indightment of Incompetence of Monumental proportions!!

There are Reports that the Red Cross & FEMA & the Salvation Army were BLOCKED from entering the "Disaster Area!!"
ANYONE who "Blocked" this "Disaster Relief" has CLEARLY COMMITTED a CRIMINAL ACT!!. WE ARE DEALING WITH "children"-- WE ARE "dEALING wITH" THE FEW "pSYCHOPATHS" WHO BELIEVE THAT THERE ARE aMERICANS wHO bELIEVE THAT tHEIR fELLOW cITIZENS WOULD ABANDON THEM TO DIE!! doc
