Our military personal that took control, our fellow citizens who guarded their neighborhoods with small arms, our rescue workers that defended themselves with small arms, they all took it upon themselves to save the Lost City of New Orleans. We have that right as clearly stated within the US Constitution. This was legally an act of our militia.
