It would appear as if this Rabbi might be "Reform".This is the branch of Judaism that,basically,doesn't believe in God.This,for example,puts them in pretty much the same league as the Unitarian/Universalists.

If he were an Orthodox Rabbi then we could count on worthwhile comments from him but I suspect that listening to him will be like listening to America's Favorite Trust Fund Maoist,Howie Dean.

I wouldn't argue with anything Liebowitz said in this article.

Christian Exodus is a group of people who want to do the right thing in their lives. The problem is that they do not seem very wise or knowledgable about government. They know some, and they are not wrong about everything, but they certainly are not studied enough to pull off what they are trying to pull off. And there's some good old fashioned human nature -- albeit with the best of intentions -- at the top that has a bent to abuse power. Right now it's only with words. But I wouldn't want to live under it. Of course, I might one day think it's a better alternative than the warped principles we still call America today.
