Uhmmm... surely he would be better than any democrat for President, so I could be compelled to vote for him in a contest. Anyway we all would be on the safe side only if (at least) a "liberal" SC Justice will be replaced by President Bush before 2008.

Well, Rudy would be a category 1 disaster.
