Wrong - it is 129.xx because it isn't computed the say way a sales tax is. It is tax inclusive. IOW it is rather deceitful for those who support the fair tax to call it "like a sales tax" when every other state sells tax is computed differently.

That makes the real tax rate something like 29.xx percent
