Scrap away the boilerplate propaganda and they're describing their experiences. Why would you doubt them? Sounds like a lot of officials have a lot to answer for.

Notice the "federal" listed first, then state, and last 'local' - that was intentional to give the IGNORANT the idea that the federal government can just go right in and take over everything and the 'local' govt is not responsible for anything - especially when the local/state is run by the socialist left
