He did much more than what the title implies. His devotion to federalism was profound AND EXTREMEMLY IMPORTANT -- with what Clinton did to the tenth amendment (obscene!), Rhenquist still carried the banner in many respects. Limited power of the feds over the state government was what he fought for amongst many other critical constitutional issues.
Great man -- huge loss to the REAL America!!
