Sometimes a troll might seem totally tame, but it turns out Jim found their IP and/or e-mail address was a retread. You might every now and then see he himself make a post saying "so-and-so " is also known as.... (and he'll generally give several of the other banned monikers).
That's probably what happened. I kept thinking I should turn the troll in. But I thought I'll let him/her answer me then I'd zot him/her especially if I got an answer I thought I'd get.
