I think this post was necessary - despite the missing 'vanity' tag.
There are many young people who have joined this forum; people who know why they are here, but maybe cannot yet adequately describe in words the Conservative ideals. Being a Conservative requires work, thought and effort. Something a Liberal cannot grasp.

Exactly. When I was in high school, I didn't care much about politics, but I knew what I believed in, I just wasn't sure what to call it. And to #35, it's difficult to think rationally when you're a DUer.
