I'm sure you have a well thought out plan to deal with the fact that most evacuees do not have suitable documentation.

So it is a "fact" that most of the evacuees don't have proof of who they are? Bull. What about S.S. numbers, drivers licenses, etc.? I'm willing to bet that the majority of evacuees without any form of legal ID are illegals to start with.

Sure, some, perhaps most can prove citizenship. Some or most isn't the issue. Once again, how do you propose dealing with a person who wants to work and who doesn't have proof of citizen ship? Do you deny them work? Do you deny them any form of assistance?
