2 things that concern me about this:
1) Al Queda loves to use anniversaries for thier attacks.
2) Attacks usually do immediately follow the release of these kinda tapes.
I hope that this doesn't follow thier past track record.

They also try to attack the same targets they tried to unsuccessfully attack before.
They planned to blow up the Los Angeles Airport on New Years 2000, but a customes agent at the canadian border discovered the explosives they tried to smuggle in.
So it's possible they try to attack LAX again. Of course Los Angeles is a "target rich" environment, and there are plenty of other things to attack too.
