This is exactly why ICE ought to be on construction sites 24/7, if we were really serious about sending these criminals back to Mexico. Construction companies work them in cash off the books so they can claim they were never on the work site. Enforcement needs to be there, handcuff the illegals, and fine the company double if the illegals don't show up on the company payroll...$25,000 per each worker, at least.

The bugaboo at present is the immigration law which requires hearings before they can be deported. That causes the catch and release problem. The law needs to be changed and special courts created so that the process can be catch and deport rather than catch and release.
