With the agencies giving out 4 figure debit cards to whoever stands in a refugee line, the incentive to actually work is a non starter.

Whilst I agree that the debit card idea was flawed and subject to gross abuse, $2000 does not go far when you have nothing.

Best thing for these poor folks is to find them jobs.
