Barack Obama may be no great lover of country music, but when Willie Nelson calls to ask a favor, how can you say no?

I think there are legitimate questions about how many farmers actually need aid. I recall reading years ago a piece by James Bovard, who's done a lot of research on the subject, that the average full-time farmer is a millionaire. And that was a decade ago.

I went to a couple of the early Farm Aid shows, one being held just outside of Austin.
I recall Jesse Jackson being invited & when it was his time to come on stage, the crowd booed loudly. No one wanted to hear him speak - they just wanted to hear some good music.

He'll not sing, but do a dramatic reading. The "I'm the king of the world" part from Titanic.

Barack Obama may be no great lover of country music

Obama is the single most dangerous Democrat in politics today. He's an empty suit with a personality. A black Bill Clinton without the baggage but with the ego.

I'll be surprised if Osama Obama isn't in the White House one day. And I'll not look forward to it.

Nor the tax evader, I trust. I love libs. They want all these social engineering schemes, but they want someone else to pay for them.
