The truth is that the majority of American want abortion to be illegal except for hard cases, which can range from the life of the mother being in danger to rape, incest, and fetal abnormalities. Most people don't support abortion as a simple lifestyle choice so that a woman can pick the sex of her baby or make the prom without a pregnancy bulge.

Don who? If you're talking about that liberal gasbag who's on at 6 a.m. ET; you just might want to enlighten your day and check out Bill Bennett. He has a very interesting program with great guests. And his program won't give you a migraine! Ditto's to that.
I turned that geezer off years ago after I noticed that he would forget his positions (opinions) from one day to the next.
The only opinion he really believes is the one he thinks will get ratings, and that just aint gonna happen.

Talk is cheap. He has never supported a Pro-life candidate in his life.

and the possibility of Bush nominating a true conservative to replace O'Connor, which Severin doesn't think is likely And what is Severin (whoever that is) basing this opinion on?

I place Imus and Drudge in the same category...Neither worth my time.

I don't choose to waste my time listening to Imus. Rearranging my sock drawer, yep, contemplating my navel, sure, but listening to Imus, no way.

Does he ever comment on old goats hitting on young interns?

IIRC, he said a few years ago, something like, "if you stick it in, she gets pregnant, it's a baby".
For the record, Bill Bennett is a genius, I just don't care for him as a radio talk show host.

I can see why some wouldn't like him as a radio talk show host. But as for me, his low key voice is just what I need in the morning. Nothing over the top, just plain conversational tone. Imus just makes me grumpier than I already am on the morning commute.

On occassion he has, but his crew and guests regularly zing him on it. Of course, since his wife is now 40, the zingers are starting to lose their humor.

Imus just makes me grumpier than I already am on the morning commute. Geez, remind me to stay out of your way. Imus is the only thing worth listening to on my morning commute, but lately I've been turning him off. The last straw was his saying Bush doesn't care for black people. To quote Dr. Phil "I am stupefied" with that kind of a statement.

I agree with you, I only listen to his show when he has Sean Hannity filling in.

and the sad thing is that most people who want an abortion think theirs qualifies as a hard case.

We stopped watching Imus some years ago when we found Fox and Friends. I noticed at that time that he was spewing spittle, litterally and was rather theatrical.

He's anti-abortion and pro-gun, makes one wonder what he saw in sKerry or Gore for that matter.
And if McCain ever comes to a a sudden stop he'll have turkey legs hanging out of his ass.
