His handwriting - like mine - alternates between all caps and then a mixture of caps and lower-case letters.
I wonder what that means?

It looks like he is responding to the upper part of the note, which according to the press was from Condi.

His handwriting - like mine - alternates between all caps and then a mixture of caps and lower-case letters. I wonder what that means? In your case it means nothing unusual.
In Bush's case it shows confusion and a lack of skill to maintain a consistent theme. An ability to try to have things both ways. It shows a lack of integrity and the writer is being somewhat devious.- tom

pay no attention to the other replies...they're giving you too hard of a time. Great minds think and write this way (trust me I'm one of them)! More than likely it means you are, or should be, an engineer...:-)

His handwriting - like mine - alternates between all caps and then a mixture of caps and lower-case letters. I wonder what that means? It's testosterone! Definitely a very masculine writing trait.
