It looks like he is responding to the upper part of the note, which according to the press was from Condi.

it means that if you had to use cursive on F.R threads the grammar police would track down your URL(?) and come and get you. they are very vicious and self rightious.
you may also be labeled a DUmmie. :-)

In your case it means nothing unusual.

In Bush's case it shows confusion and a lack of skill to maintain a consistent theme. An ability to try to have things both ways. It shows a lack of integrity and the writer is being somewhat devious.- tom

pay no attention to the other replies...they're giving you too hard of a time. Great minds think and write this way (trust me I'm one of them)! More than likely it means you are, or should be, an engineer...:-)
