I believe that GWB is the first right-handed president for quite a while. It was an indicator that worried me in 1999 and 2000. Could he break the trend? Or did a president have to have whatever combination of mental attributes that a left-hander would bring into the equation. Luckily, my fears were unfounded, and we have a solid right-hander in the White House and dealing with world leaders.
