The Supreme Court dismissed the case last year, saying Newdow lacked standing because he did not have custody of his elementary school daughter he sued on behalf of. Newdow, an attorney and a medical doctor, filed an identical case on behalf of three unnamed parents and their children. Karlton said those families have the right to sue. The Supreme Court tossed his suit, so he had to chase up some unnamed complainants to push his agenda.

Why are Americans being subjected to an avowed atheist demands at all! This is just like Madalyn Murray O'Hairs demands to remove prayer. Muslim prayer is allowed in California but not Christian or other. This is the work of both Political Correctness and the ACLU!
My advice to all Californians is to simply IGNORE this stupid ruling from an activist judge.

I think some brave judge should rule the Democratic Party and ACLU both unconstitutional.

If Hillary Rodham Clinton is elected President, look for her to nominate this jerk for the Supreme Court.

"If Hillary Rodham Clinton is elected President, look for her to nominate this jerk for the Supreme Court."I've always assumed "Ruth Buzzi" Ginsberg was actually Hillary's choice. She wielded much more power in that administration than most people realized, especially first term (pre-Monica).
