In addition to ghetto 'hood rats, Jacksonville has a large "peckerwood" population of PWTs as well. I aint surprised that this happened.
Reminds me of the time I saw some guy who looked like he just got out of Stark Penitentiary wearing a Hitler T-shirt with "white pride worldwide" at a shopping mall in South Florida largely patronized by Jews and Caribbean blacks.

Citizens have an obligation to rip the shirt from his body and pummel him unconscious. He would be lucky. In the old days he could have been tarred and feathered, which was no picnic.
