Question about Roberts: I was certainly impressed by his knowledge and ability to explain complex ideas in a fairly clear terms. Apparently, many others were too.
Those of you who know a lot about Con Law and Supreme Court practice, is Roberts like a Tiger Woods of the legal world? When he practiced before the Supreme Court, was he noticeably better than most? Better than David Boies and Ken Starr?
Starr kept Roberts, after fireing anyone competent on his staff, to impeach the bent one.. So he must be even more of a moron than Starr is..
