One day I'd like to take my camcorder to downtown Dallas and randomly ask people, "What does the Third Amendment say?" Then the next, "What is the Ninth Amendment about?" I'd cover the entire Bill of Rights, and that's it.

Out of ten, I'd be surprised if even one can answer correctly.
