The answer to the above question is NO. The coroner NEVER mentions the dehydration decreased the size and weight of Terri's brain in comparison to the size and weight of her brain before dehydration, which for me gives his report some credibility problems.

Right. When the brain dehydrates, it painfully pulls away from the all connecting tissue, including the skull and eye tissue. A person with perfect vision subjected to the same treatment could be just as blind as Terri, according to autopsy results.
