Then again, if the purpose of hurricanes is to kill black people, shouldn't Bush be saying that blacks are *welcome* back into New Orleans ahead of Rita but the white people should stay out?

No, if that were the case, they should be encouraged to take "a three-hour tour."

Rove and Bush were simply focus group testing the Rove-O-Matic Hurricane Steer-0-Meter when they created Katrina.

LOL

if a bartender mixed a hurricane with a margarita, wouldn't that be a "Hurricane Rita"?

I'll tell you after I get home tonight.

Actually maybe the hurricanes follow Ray Nagin...

Hmmm, that kinda reminds me of a story I read last night by W. Somerset Maugham:

There was a merchant in Bagdad who sent his servant to market to buy provisions and in a little while the servant came back, white and trembling, and said, Master, just now when I was in the marketplace I was jostled by a woman in the crowd and when I turned I saw it was Death that jostled me. She looked at me and made a threatening gesture, now, lend me your horse, and I will ride away from this city and avoid my fate. I will go to Samarra and there Death will not find me. The merchant lent him his horse, and the servant mounted it, and he dug his spurs in its flanks and as fast as the horse could gallop he went. Then the merchant went down to the marketplace and he saw me standing in the crowd and he came to me and said, Why did you make a threating getsture to my servant when you saw him this morning? That was not a threatening gesture, I said, it was only a start of surprise. I was astonished to see him in Bagdad, for I had an appointment with him tonight in Samarra.

Hold on to your hat, Hilltop.

I hear that while many thought Rove was in the hospital with kidney stones, he was really getting training on the New and Improved, Handy Dandy Blizzard Wizard! It's going to be one tough winter in the Northeastern Blue states!

That's Navin, not Nagin!

Nagin was born a rich black child. ;)

Sounds like a quick trip to the bathroom floor to me.

"...there was a Tropical Storm Lee that was alot like Sheila Jackson Lee, a load of wind and water that nobody paid attention to."

I think Lee regained strength in the North Atlantic, and devastated the Scandinavians!;^)

Oh crap Bickle, sounds like the diabolical Rove has more dastardly weather machines behind that big curtain.

Next thing you know his evil mind will find a way to flood he UhMerican economy with counterfeit debick cards that are altitude sensitive and contain a high tech explosive, fiendishly disguised as a magnetic strip.

If one carries the RoveSplosive debick card and wears their pants below their a$$ crack, blammo...up in a big ball of blue smoke and hair.

What a twisted genius that Rove is.

Nah, if it hits here in Houston it only proves the Bush administration can take aim at blacks evacuated from NO even at a distance of several hundred miles.

It's headed straight for the Astrodome!

That right because Rita is a Racist Hurricane
focusing only on those Nagin SuperDoom poor
refugees living in the Astrodome.

Clinton, Carter and the MSM will have 5 days
to blame Bush before Racist Rita hits Houston.

With home heating oil prices at an all-time high too. It's a conspiracy by the oil barons which really makes you wonder why they would steer hurricanes into their own refineries but, heck, when your a liberal, sense never has to enter into the equation.
