It seems weird, but since last week my longing to return the Islands has grown considerably. I'm not sure if it's the threat of having to move to Texas or the thought that my kids will have to grow up either on the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic Ocean.

I guess once you've been raised on the Pacific Ocean...no other ocean will do.

Guess what foolish thing I did?? I ordered some really awful coffee from The Bad Ass Coffee Company for my Aunt Vesi. She likes that coffee..Yucky! Do you like it? John loves their mugs, but not the coffee. LOL!

Bad Ass Coffee is on the Kona side. I wasn't impressed. Dirty secret is Kona coffee only has to have 10% Kona grown beans in it ....the rest is Colombian or Brazilian.
Texas? The Gulf is flat except when it storms...but the people there are good company.
This place is becoming financially terrible. I've given serious thought to leaving but for my son and family.
Latest move from the pols is to prohibit shore fishing from a great part of the coast and require licenses for fishing the seas. Unmitigated governmental greed.
