If so, which site is it?
If pop-up stopper isn't working for it then it is installed on your computer as opposed to being sent to your computer from an external site which probably means that adware has been installed on your computer.
Pop-up Stopper is designed to stop pop-ups that originate on a site. Adware/spyware installs on your computer and tells your computer to go to a particular site.
If that is the case then you'll have to download and install programs that are designed to prevent spyware.
