This weekend Ebay hijacked the search bar on my fire fox browser
How do I make google my prefered search engine in firefox?
I love Ebay, but as a search engine?

This is for Firefox.
Before downloading that, go to your Control Panel-->Add or Remove Programs and see if Ebay has loaded a toolbar there. If so, remove it. Also, check around your other programs to see what is supposed to be there and what isn't.
