The sun set shortly after 7 p.m. at Monroe Park. An hour later, the park was illuminated once again.
A crowd of about 100 people, most of them young women, expressed their hope for the safe return of Taylor Marie Behl at a candlelight vigil last night at Monroe Park in the heart of the Virginia Commonwealth University campus.
A VCU freshman, Behl has been missing since Sept. 5. The 17-year-old's disappearance has attracted national attention.
