The fact is that the left has assigned the "vanguard of the proletariet" role to the courts and done so by 1)adopting the legal idea that the Supreme Court need not uphold the constitution and 2)using that idea and the "Supreme" position of the U.S. Supreme Court to impose their ideas on the nation. It is not by some accident of philosophy from Hegel to Wilson, etc. It is by concious design led by Marxists in our colleges. Hegel and Wilson simply provide convenient historical and academic reference points used to justify what the Marxists law professors teach and what Marxists jurists do.
