What's the big deal? I'm Jewish, and I know that according to many Christians, I'll be heading straight to hell when I die. I happen to disagree. But that doesn't and shouldn't invalidate someone else's beliefs.
For some reason, many people seem to want to marginalize the beliefs of others. They don't seem to realize that when it comes to religion, be definition, one must be right, and all the others must be wrong. Please, let's leave the South Park references out of this! lol. And they don't seem to think that people are actually serious about their religion and beliefs.

"when it comes to religion, by definition, one must be right, and all the others must be wrong."
That doesn't mean that they are going to hell or are bad people.

The chaplain has done no more than nod his head in assent to what is, after all, a major tenet of Christian doctrine. This is not a proper time to argue the validity of this doctrine, but it is outrageous that a high-profile Rabbi would dismiss it as "hate" and that the media would nonchalantly provide their endorsement. The war against Christianity continues apace and many Jews have thoughtlessly joined in without realizing that we will be the ultimate losers.
