I heard the full clip on Hugh Hewitt's show last night.
It was classic! General Honore wasn't falling for any of the old media BS and hooey.
I absolutely agree with you. I'd love to hear Scott McClellan tell Helen Thomas or David Gregory not to get "stuck on stupid".

Rush had the clip on his show today. I stood and cheered when the General nailed the lib reporter.

I heard General Honore's comments on Rush's show a few minutes ago. Luckily, I had already parked my truck!
God bless him! "Don't get stuck on stupid."

I can even see those stupid rubber wristbands with DGSOS etched in them. Great idea!

Good ol' General Honore was doing things army-style. The draft-dodgers (they must become reporters) won't ever get it.
Yes - let's have the DGSOS writbands.

He's not playing the media's game, not even the least bit getting sidetracked by them. That's the way they should be handled.
If the media didn't have an agenda, didn't have a result that they are trying to fit the story to instead of just reporting, they wouldn't have to be scolded. Unfortunately, because of politics, most of the government plays by the media's rules. It's refreshing to see a man who does not.

Thanks for the MP3. That was hilarious.
I think I heard reporters saying "Hooah" back to the General.
