Global warming has finally been explained: the Earth is getting hotter because the Sun is burning more brightly than at any time during the past 1,000 years, according to new research.

The research adds weight to the views of David Bellamy, the conservationist. "Global warming - at least the modern nightmare version - is a myth," he said. "I am sure of it and so are a growing number of scientists. But what is really worrying is that the world's politicians and policy-makers are not.

Yes, I have recently read about a bet between 2 Russian scientists and a UK scientist for $10k. The Russians say in 10 years the earth will be cooler due to reduced solar output. They say the solar output has been on the rise but should peak soon and start reducing substantially. Ice core samples taken from China that are 50,000 years old have tracked perfectly with tree ring data etc, indicating solar output as the main driving variable.....

Could be a stray inverse hydrogen jet, but I'm just speculating. The sun is very dynamic, and the interior, while fluid, is very dense and the interior reaction take years as opposed to the exterior reactions which may last only a few hours.
