I mean, if Sandy Burglar can steal Eyes Only documents from the National Archives, and only get a slap on the wrist, just what are the chances of any serious punishment being meted out in this case?

You need to know that this is not Maryland politics. It comes from the national Democratic Senate Campaign Committee headed by none other than Chuck Schumer. Would like to see that he had 1st hand knowledge of this.

This is Watergate except they broke into confidential records instead of an office and the guy doing the cover up is a democrat senator instead of a republican president.

The Baltimore Sun refuses to print the names of the Senior Officials of the Democrat Senatorial Committee who are at the forefront of this scandal ... however, they had no qualms about smearing the name Joseph Stefan all over the front page for repeating a rumor.
The libDems are always trying to discredit conservative blacks.
Michael Steele is very well liked, and this should backfire on them.
Hugh Hewitt was talking about this I think, and he said that the Post article is downplaying the seriousness of this. He says this is one huge crime and scandal. The media will cover will for the democrats however as always.
so MY senator chuckie had a nand in this, huh? maybe some phone calls and letters to the editor are in order.
