" Ephesians 6:12
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood,
but against principalities,
against powers, against the rulers
of the darkness of this world,
against spiritual wickedness in high places. "

Talk about being taken out of context...I dont see how this supports legalization of Weed...Infact I think it detracts...

Paul is explaining it is not men who oppose us but Satan and the fallen angels and it is by there will Governments oppose christianity and the law of god...

"1 Thes 5:6-8-THEREFORE LET US NOT SLEEP, AS DO OTHERS; BUT LET US WATCH AND BE SOBER. FOR THEY THAT SLEEP SLEEP IN THE NIGHT; AND THEY THAT BE DRUNKEN ARE DRUNKEN IN THE NIGHT. BUT LET US, WHO ARE OF THE DAY, BE SOBER, PUTTING ON THE BREASTPLATE OF FAITH AND LOVE; AND FOR AN HELMET, THE HOPE OF SALVATION."

And god (Holy Spirit) through Paul tells us to remain sober and be full in spirit. Naturally legalization of this behavior would be in direct opposition to what the Holy Spirit commands and thus against god.

Nepho (nay'-fo); Verb, Strong #: 3525

to be sober, to be calm and collected in spirit
to be temperate, dispassionate, circumspect

Are you sober when you attempt to use the following quotation in support of war?

1th 5:8
But let us, who are of the day, be sober, having on the breastplate of faith and charity, and for a helmet the hope of salvation.

Charity is the measure of interpretation of the Bible.
But you disregard the rest of the epistle, and as well,
the fundamental teaching of peace through the twofold
love of God and neighbor.

1th 5:9
For God hath not appointed us unto wrath, but unto the purchasing of salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,

1th 5:13
That you esteem them more abundantly in charity, for their work's sake. Have peace with them.

It is the individual's will acting adversely to the will of God which is the true nature of evil as personfied in the adversary "Satan" which as a fallen angel attempts to sway the will of others. Sway he may, but in the end it is all your will, your choice. You either choose to be like the evil one and act in opposition to the will of God, refuse to serve mankind or follow his word and submit to his will as the bride to the bridegroom. The truth is in the word. It is your choice to heed the word and seek peace or disregard it and stand with those that make heretical and unconstitutional laws which have brought civil war upon this nation for generations and in perpetuity. It is not in the name of God that DEAmen in black armor and black masks knock down the doors of homes in the middle of the night to drag citizens to the largest and most dangerous prison system on earth for the mere possession of a flower gifted from the garden of God.

Indeed, you wrestle with the flesh and blood of others
while disregarding darkness which has overcome those in
power which leads them to control God's gift of
stewardship of our own bodies' sustenance, liberty.

Ephesians 6:12-15
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood,
but against principalities,
against powers, against the rulers
of the darkness of this world,
against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God,
that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day,
and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having your loins
girt about with truth,
and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
And your feet shod
with the preparation
of the gospel of peace;

Ro 14:2-4
For one believeth that he may eat all things: but he that is weak, let him eat herbs.
Let not him that eateth, despise him that eateth not: and he that eateth not, let him not judge him that eateth. For God hath taken him to him.
Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? To his own lord he standeth or falleth. And he shall stand: for God is able to make him stand.

"Whoever thinks he understands divine scripture or any part of it, but whose interpretation does not build up the twofold love of God and neighbor, has not really understood it." St. Augustine
