And don't forget the Khobar Towers, or the Iraqi plot to kill Bush41. Also, there was an attack by Al-Qaeda in Aden right before our troops went into Somalia that was meant to kill U.S. soldiers at a hotel but didn't get any. There was also an Al-Qaeda plot to hit USS
The Sullivans the way they hit the
Cole, and another plot to blow up ten airliners and blow them up in midair.
So with those included, Clinton actually makes Carter look like somebody who was tough and on the ball.
