I think you're right. In fact, I read an article just yesterday, right here on FR that said that Carter is totally against photo id's for voting.
The DEMS got to Cater after appearing with Sec. Baker and placing stamp of approval. This nonsense is B.S you need a pic I.D for renting videos, cashing their govt. checks, checking into hospitals for their medicaid benifits, hell the D.S.S issues pic I.D.s; it's all about fraud, plain and simple and if the GOP doesn't do something while they are in control,they will never win another national election.
