He and Orrin Hatch sound like they'd work well together. Hatch had the brilliant idea of the computer industry developing technology in computers capable of "destroying" peoples' PCs who downloaded music illegally. He was asked what would happen if the technology was somehow developed and implemented, and then some bad guys figured out how to enable it on anybody's computer (think a 1000 times worse than a virus or a trojan), and he blew it off.

Unfortunately, McCain and many other Republicans probably wouldn't care if sites like Free Republic had to be taken offline or moved out of the country.

Wouldn't it be ironic if a site like Free Republican had to be setup outside of the USA?
